Mets Care services can offer a variety of support services for participant’s whose condition may require a HIGH level of expertise and experience of a specialised worker. The goal of providing this support is to enable participants to live as independently and autonomously as possible. The level of assistance you need will be identified in your NDIS plan.

Individuals who live with disabilities may require external supervision. At METS Care Services, we focus on developing and enhancing the skills each participant needed to live more autonomously. The service is delivered to each participant that resides in shared living in relation to the plan and needs.

At Mets Care Services we aim to make your travel journey on public transport as easy and comfortable as possible so you enjoy your time out in the community. Catching public transports, from home, work, appointments can be challenging sometimes, that is why METS Care Services offer a community transport service, to assist you with commuting and travel, enabling participants to build capacity to travel independently.

Community nursing services can be provided in your home by our experienced qualified nurses to help you lead an independent and healthy life. This type of care is suitable where a participant requires more clinical nursing support where we can assist in your transition from hospital to home or residential facility. We work directly with participants and their families to prevent disease, maintain health as well as assisting existing health concerns.
